How the Strands hint ladder works
Strands is a word-search puzzle built around a shared theme. Find the theme words in the letter grid and connect each word through neighboring cells. The spangram is the long theme phrase that stretches across the board from one edge to the opposite edge.
Use the first-letter and word-length clues before opening the complete word list. In the game itself, finding non-theme words can also earn an in-game hint that traces one of the theme words.
