Four-board word solver
Quordle Solver
Enter the tile clues from each Quordle board separately. This solver keeps four independent candidate lists, so a green letter on one board never affects the other three.
Board 1
Waiting for cluesEnter letters only where the position is confirmed.
Put each yellow letter in the position where it appeared. It must move elsewhere.
Only enter letters with no green or yellow copy on this board.
Use this for duplicate gray tiles. Example: E:1 means the answer has at most one E.

How to use the Quordle solver
- Keep each board separate. Enter the clues from board one in its own panel, then do the same for boards two, three and four.
- Lock in green letters. Add each confirmed letter to the correct position in the green pattern.
- Move yellow letters. Enter yellow letters in the position where they appeared. The solver requires each one to appear elsewhere in the answer.
- Exclude absent letters. Add letters that do not occur anywhere in that board's answer. For gray duplicates, use the maximum-count field instead.
- Compare the remaining candidates. Each board shows its matching word count, possible words and suggestions for another informative guess.
Why Quordle needs a different strategy
One guess supplies feedback for four answers at once. A letter can be correct in one board, misplaced in another and absent from the remaining boards. The useful move is often the guess that reduces uncertainty across the most unsolved boards, rather than the word that helps only one nearly finished answer.
About the word list
Candidate words are drawn from the site's five-letter guess dictionary. It is a general word list, not a private copy of the official daily Quordle answer list. Some dictionary-valid words may not be accepted as an answer by a particular version of the game.
For a single-board puzzle, use the Wordle solver. To find words by a known pattern without tile feedback, use the five-letter word finder.
Quordle solver questions
How many boards does Quordle have?
Quordle presents four separate five-letter answers at the same time. The same guess is checked against all four boards.
How do I enter green letters?
Use the green pattern field for a board. Enter a known letter in its exact position and use a question mark for each unknown position.
How do I enter yellow letters?
Use the yellow pattern field at the position where each yellow tile appeared. A letter in that field must be present in the answer but cannot stay in that same position.
How do I handle repeated letters?
The solver counts green and yellow clues as required copies. You can also enter optional maximum counts such as E:1 or T:2. Gray duplicate tiles should be represented with a maximum count rather than excluding the letter entirely.
Are the suggestions guaranteed to be Quordle answers?
No. Candidates come from the included five-letter guess dictionary and are filtered against your clues. The list is a helper, not an official answer feed.
